This notice describes the information used by the Nuvetica Labs website and private beta request form.
Information you provide
If waitlist collection is enabled, the form asks for your name and work email. Company and role are optional. We also record your privacy acknowledgement and the time of your request so we can administer beta access requests.
How we use request information
If collection is enabled, we use request details to review interest in private beta access, manage the waitlist, prevent repeated automated submissions, and notify the Nuvetica Labs support contact. The support notification contains the submitted name, work email, and any company or role provided. We do not send an applicant confirmation email or use form details for advertising analytics.
Service providers
When configured, the waitlist service uses Neon for database hosting, Resend for a support notification, and Vercel for website hosting. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services. Resend API acceptance is not proof of delivery; provider delivery events are tracked separately, and an event does not confirm that a person received or read the message. The live service configuration and applicable provider terms must be reviewed before collection is enabled.
Retention and deletion
We keep beta request details while they are needed to administer access requests and the private beta. A specific deletion schedule has not been finalized. You can ask us to review or delete your request by emailing cs@nuvetica.xyz. A keyed hash of a request's network address may be used for an hourly submission limit. Expired rate-limit entries are removed during subsequent waitlist activity; a schedule for cleaning up entries after activity stops has not been finalized.
Security
The planned submission path validates requests on the server and keeps database and email credentials out of the browser. No security certification or guarantee is claimed.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of a beta request, contact cs@nuvetica.xyz. We will review the request and respond using the information available to us.
Updates
We may update this notice as the beta request service is configured. The current version date appears above. This policy requires owner and legal review before production publication.
